How fast are updates handled?
Most routine requests are completed within one business day. Larger changes get a timeline upfront so you know when to expect them.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Maintenance plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with notice. We prefer to earn the work every month.
What if my site wasn't built by Rosano Web?
We can usually take over an existing site. We'll do a quick audit first to understand the platform, plugins, and any existing issues, then recommend a plan.
How do I request a change?
